Trouble shooting the Condor CR120 flow meter:
Problem: CR120 digital display is not reading or is not reading correctly
1. replace the batteries:
To change the batteries proceed as follows:
• press RESET to update all the totals
• loosen the 4 fixing screws of the back cover
• remove the old batteries
• place the new batteries in the same position as the old ones
• close the cover again, by positioning the rubber protection as a gasket
• CR120 will switch on automatically and normal operation can be resumed
The CR120 will display the same Reset Total, the same Total and the same Partial indicated before the batteries were changed
After changing the batteries, the meter does not need calibrating again
2. check to see if the turbine is spinning freely
To remove the turbine for cleaning:
• spring clips are located either side of the turbine
• these can be removed with a small nail file etc
• ensure meter body and turbine is completely clean and free of debris
3. check to see if electronic system is free of moisture and completely dry
• remove 4 x screws from display face to access electronic system
4. display still does not function correctly?
CR120 flow meter will need to be replaced
